Instagram data deletion

You can disconnect Instagram in Awedience from Dashboard → Channels. Disconnecting immediately stops access and future Instagram syncing. Your stored Instagram account history is retained for up to 31 days after disconnect, then deleted.

To delete your full Awedience account, open Profile → Security and choose Delete Account. Your Instagram access ends immediately. Instagram history is retained for up to 31 days after account deletion, then deleted.

If you cannot sign in or have already removed Awedience from your Instagram account, email support@awedienceapp.com with your Awedience account email to request help. Do not send your Instagram password or access token.
