Awedience

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Awedience web application ("App"), owned and operated by Awedience ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use Awedience

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use Awedience. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Awedience Account

You may be required to create an account or log in via a third-party service (e.g., Google) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

Share your account with others
Use another person's account without permission
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Third-Party Integrations

Awedience allows you to connect to third-party services like YouTube. When you do, you authorize us to access your data from those services solely to provide functionality within the App.

You may revoke access at any time via the third-party's security settings. We are not responsible for the behavior or policies of these external services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
Attempt to access accounts or data not intended for you
Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks associated with Awedience are the property of Awedience or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to that policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of third-party data (e.g., YouTube analytics).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Errors or failures in data received from third-party services

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the six months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Awedience at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. After termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of California.
